All pieces are custom and take 7 days to complete before shipping or pickup.
2. What are the payment options?
We accept Mobile Money (MoMo). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due before delivery or pickup.
3. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer local delivery within Swaziland for E20. Pickup is also available.
4. Can I request a custom design?
Currently, we do not accept custom design requests. All pieces are pre-designed.
5. How much do your pieces cost?
Prices range from E300 to E700, depending on the design.
6. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
No. Since all pieces are custom-made, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
7. How do I take care of my UNRAVELED piece?
Hand wash or use a gentle cycle, and avoid harsh detergents to maintain the design.
