At UNRAVELED, we specialize in creating unique, custom-made pieces with our signature fraying and deconstructed style. Here’s how custom orders work:
1. Order Process:
Select your desired style from our available pieces (e.g., jorts, skirts, hoodies, etc.
Customization is based on our designs, so no changes to the base structure are allowed.
2. Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
3. Completion Time:
Custom orders take 7 days to complete. You will be notified once your order is ready for shipping or pickup.
4. Shipping & Pickup:
Local delivery within Swaziland is available for E20. Pickup options are also offered.
